An existing old house of mixed construction was redesigned for use as a two-storey house with an external staircase. In the study, the ground floor space was intended to be used as a residence with two bedrooms, living room kitchen and WC.
At the ground floor level, provision was made for a parking space and a warehouse.
The first floor was designed to have two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a WC.

The study took into account the morphological elements of the area, the orientation of the existing building, the necessary structural reinforcements of vertical and horizontal elements as well as the reinforcement of the foundation.
The surrounding area was designed to provide privacy and sufficient green space.
It was also taken care for the access to the 1st floor by people with mobility difficulties.
