Structure reinforcement of an old load-bearing masonry wall building built in 1900 in order to be used as a cafe.

The project included removals, uncovering of the load-bearing body and then reinforcement of columns with metal jackets as well as one-sided reinforcement of external piers with reinforced concrete jackets.
Local floor and foundation strengthening works were also carried out as well as roof replacement.
