At the facilities of ALEXANDER SA the following works were carried out in the context of settlement of urban planning issues and permitions:

Elaboration of a full series of architectural plans for all facilities
Elaboration of a new study of passive fire protection based on current legislation
Regularization of unauthorized buildings pursuant to Law 4495/2017
Procedure for approving a deviation from the applicable building conditions
Issuance of legalization permit to legalize arbitrary constructions
