The space was designed to accommodate two private medical offices with a shared waiting area, WC, secretary office and a warehouse.

It was renovated from scratch. The project included the removal of floors and walls and installing new floors, window/door frames, plumbing and electrical installations, external insulation, new kitchen and WC as well as a heating system with a heat pump.
