Construction of a three-storey luxury building with ground floor parking.
On the ground floor, the building has auxiliary spaces, on the 1st floor there is a spacious apartment and on the 2nd floor there is a maisonette that extends to the 3rd floor.
The building fully complies with the anti-seismic regulations.
In this project, the architectural and static study were carried out along with construction supervision.
