This apartment has been designed and arranged in order to have a comfortable kitchen-living room, two spacious bedrooms and a large WC.

The new layout offers maximum exploitation of the available surface.

It was completely renovated from scratch. The project included removal of floors and walls, new floors, window/door frames, plumbing and electrical installations, external insulation, a new kitchen and WC as well as a heating system with a heat pump.
