This apartment includes a single living room-kitchen area, WC and two bedrooms

It was completely renovated from scratch. The project included removal of floors and walls, new floors, door/window frames, plumbing and electrical installations, external insulation,
a new kitchen and WC as well as a heating system with a heat pump.
